Custom internal tools for creative teams

Your creative briefs are burning a third of your budget.

For in-house creative teams. We build the custom brief hub where your business hands tasks to its own designers and copywriters — one system instead of messy docs, scattered chats and half-filled forms. You own the code. Forever.

01The problem
80/10
80% of marketers think they write good briefs. Only 10% of creative teams agree.
¹
33%
of marketing budget wasted on misdirected work caused by poor briefs.
¹
40%
of in-house creative teams name "unclear or incomplete requests" a top-3 problem.
²
teams juggling 2+ asset systems miss campaign deadlines almost twice as often.

The tools you already have won't fix this. Asana tells you who and when. It can't tell your designer what and how it should look.

02What we build

A brief hub built around your process. Not another subscription.

One system where briefs get written properly (guided fields, AI quality checks), routed automatically (copy → design → delivery), and read comfortably (each role sees only what concerns them, color-zoned). Built in weeks, not quarters. Delivered as your property — deployed on your infrastructure, maintained on your terms.

Briefcraft: from a shared Word doc to a role-aware briefing product.

9 weeks63 features6 role views225 commits1 builder + AI

An iGaming marketing team (25+ people, 4 brands) ran briefs through docs, chats and a task tracker. We replaced it with a single product: guided brief wizard, copywriter and designer lanes, unified asset naming, exports, admin analytics. Briefers now describe how it should look, designers stop chasing clarifications.

  • Full IP transfer on final payment — code, data, docs
  • Boring, standard stack (Next.js, Postgres) any developer can maintain
  • Hosted where your data must live — EU, US, anywhere. GDPR-grade, DPA on request
  • Independent QA engineer — a second pair of eyes on every delivery
  • Video walkthroughs + written docs — no tribal knowledge
08Who's behind this

A designer who builds.

Kir Artemov — 15 years in design (graphic, UX/UI, design systems), now building internal tools with AI-accelerated development. I've lived the broken-brief problem from the designer's chair — that's why the tools I build actually get adopted. Small studio, senior attention, no account managers. Based in Slovenia (EU), working with teams worldwide.

09Fair questions
We already have Monday/Asana. Why this?

Keep it — or don't. Your tracker answers "who and when". A brief hub answers "what exactly and how it should look" — structured briefs, role views, brief-to-asset traceability. We integrate with your tracker or replace it, your call.

What if you get hit by a bus?

The code is yours, the stack is boring, the docs are thorough, and an independent QA engineer knows the codebase. Any competent developer picks it up. We design for our own replaceability.

Why not just buy Workfront / Lytho / Ziflow?

If you're an enterprise with an admin team — maybe you should. If you're 5–50 people, you'll pay €30–60K every year for a platform you'll bend your process around. We build around your process, once.

Can't our own designer + developer build this with AI?

They can — the question is when, and at what cost. Your developers have a product roadmap; this project will lose every prioritization meeting (that's why the problem still isn't fixed). A duo pulled for 2–3 months costs more than our fixed price in salary alone, before counting what they didn't ship. And AI compresses typing, not decisions: 90% of this work is knowing what to build — process diagnosis, role logic, adoption. If you still prefer building in-house: take our Blueprint package — we deliver the spec, architecture and design system, your team builds on top, we review. Both paths work; doing nothing is the only losing one.

Isn't AI-built software low quality?

AI writes code fast; a senior designer-builder decides what to build, and an independent engineer reviews security and quality before handover. You get the speed without the slop.

How fast is "fast"?

Discovery in 2 weeks. A working core your team can click through in 4–6 weeks. Full delivery in 2–4 months depending on scope — we'll fix the timeline in the quote.

What about our data / GDPR?

Built to GDPR standard — the strictest in the world, so CCPA, LGPD and similar regimes are covered by default. Deployed on your infrastructure at handover, hosted in your region: EU, US, wherever your data must live. DPA available. We never train anything on your data.

Stop briefing in documents.

A 15-minute call. Bring your messiest brief — we'll tell you exactly what we'd do with it.
